If you are bringing younger guests along, they will be delighted with the toddler playden located on the first-floor. As the evening draws to a close, retire to one of the stylish bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor twin bedroom, an additional twin bedroom and a spacious super-king-size bedroom. Each bedroom has been beautifully furnished to ensure that you and your loved ones wake up each morning within tranquillity. During the warmer months, spend a moment or two within rear patio area where you can soak up your rural surroundings and take advantage of the private BBQ with a refreshing drink in hand. Step out to the front of Willow Cottage and try your hand at fishing along the river bank where salmon and trout pass upstream, let the children play freely on the play boat or just sit back and soak up the sounds of nature and babble of the river rejoicing in the lack of traffic. On a clear night be sure to step outside and be wowed by the amazing dark sky filled with stars, you may even see a shooting star. If you can tear yourself away from this delightful base, venture out to the centre of St Breward where you will find a superb pub with a delicious home-cooked meals for those special occasions.

For days out, you and your loved ones can venture out to the famous Eden Project or The Lost Garden of Heligan, where you can spend an afternoon strolling through stunning gardens with exotic plants. Alternatively, brush up on the local history by visiting the nearby town of Bodmin, which houses an 18th century jail, or visit the delightful Pencarrow country house, Tintagel and Restormel Castles. Willow is a superb base for a friends and family getaway to this picturesque location.

St Breward is a small village resting within the countryside of Cornwall, about 7 miles from Bodmin. Within the village you will find a shop, village hall, church, two playgrounds and a pub. Within the village there is also a walking route which takes you past the holy well, the church and across the River Camel. Nearby attractions include the Eden Project, Falmouth’s National Maritime Museum and the harbour town of Padstow.
