We had a really lovely, quiet relaxing week at Commonwealth Cottage. It is well placed for easy access to Bristol and all that the City has on offer. We were staying during the heatwave so also spent time visiting several NT venues where old historic buildings provided cool shelter & refreshments!The cottage itself has lovely thick walls which provided a cool interior. When the afternoon provided shade we were able to enjoy the outside seating area which we had to ourselves. This was a lovely clean cottage in a quiet location, really good value.Thank you for a wonderful week.

Very good value for the money, and an ideal location for our visit to attractions in the area. The extra “bits and pieces” supplied by the host were a good sign. Cottage not perfect in all respects, but reflected in the price.
