The house has been recently refurbished and feels calm from the moment you step inside. Downstairs, there is space for everyone to settle in, with a living room featuring deep sofas and a large television for relaxed evenings. The dining table sits close by for shared meals or a board game at the end of the day, and the kitchen opens onto the garden through wide French doors so children can play on the lawn while adults sit outside with a drink. Well-equipped galley-style kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and ample workspace plus all of the cooking equipment, utensils and crockery to cook and serve meals for six.

The ground-floor bedroom has a superking bed that can be arranged as twin single beds to suit your needs.

First Floor

The primary bedroom is the largest and features a superking/twin bed, storage, and an ensuite shower room with a rainfall showerhead.

Bedroom three has twin single beds that can be configured as a superking.

Family bathroom with bath, rainfall shower, basin and WC.

Outside:

The enclosed garden has a lawn and a patio with seating. The off-street parking for two cars has extra appeal in the busy summer season.

Additional Information:

Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Guests will need to bring beach towels and dog bedding if needed. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and are subject to a surchrage - please notify the owner when booking if you will be bringing your pets. Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential area.
