It was within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants and a short drive from fabulous beaches. The property has three bedrooms but only one bathroom and no separate toilet. The kitchen had both a washing machine and dishwasher, which weren’t mentioned in the listing, and were well used during our stay. On arrival, there was a lovely welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, which was really appreciated. We really enjoyed our visit to Christchurch and would definitely stay in this property again.

The location very good & overall we did enjoy our stay at the property however, a few issues we had did tain the holiday a little which if they had been addressed in a better way & not dismissed then we would have felt we were listen to

The driveway parking was a god send! We really enjoyed being here and so close to amenities. Note to light sleepers...the priory bells ring all day and ALL through the night (every 15 mins and chime the hours) and the house is right next to it. Bring some ear plugs! The bedrooms on the first floor mask the noise better, but the top floor room is very noisy. The property was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The small sofa in the lounge was very small and the large one very creaky although comfortable, it worked fine for two of us, but I'm not sure how it would work if the house was at full capacity. The bathroom was very clean, although again, to accommodate 4 adults/2 kids or even 6 adults, it really needs another bathroom, a bigger shower or at the very least another toilet. The kitchen was better equipped than the property description gives it credit for. There is actually a dishwasher (but no washing machine) and there are plenty of utensils. The range cooker is great, but there is very little worksurface prep area in the kitchen, so although a keen cook, I actually did very little during our stay. There is wifi, but it is rather slow. The garden space at the front of the house is very pleasant but if you have a dog, or children, bear in mind it is not fenced off from the road or the driveway. We would certainly visit again, lovely house and fantastic location but only again with the two of us.
