Spacious Rox is a stunning seafront holiday home overlooking the beach at West Wittering on the West Sussex coast.  It's perfect for families with luxury living space throughout.  The beachfront location and luxury interior has made Rox a much loved favourite with families.  The owners are currently undertaking a full renovation of the property adding a fifth bedroom with double bunks to accommodate large family groups.  The property will be available for rental again from 4th May 2018, just in time for Bank Holiday getaways on the West Sussex coast.  Updated photography will be in place shortly when building works have been completed.  The property is available for bookings now for stays from 4th May 2018.

Accommodation

The house will offer extremely comfortable interiors, with individual, quality furnishings including big sofas, masses of entertaining space and fold back doors connecting to the garden.   

The master bedroom with ensuite and balcony will enjoy breathtaking views across the Solent.  There will be three further doubles, one with an ensuite, a double bunkroom and a family bathroom.  There will also be a separate snug / TV room downstairs. 

Outside

The rear garden offers parking for 3 cars and the front garden offers privacy from passing walkers behind the large hedge.  It enjoys direct access to the beach and its own small private area on the seafront, where you can sit out with a drink and enjoy the sunset.
