Seamark is a unique family holiday home just a short distance from East Wittering beach.  Recently renovated throughout to a very high standard, the house sits in the peaceful, private residential area of Coney Six just a short stroll from East Wittering village amenities and restaurants.  The interior is contemporary and stylish throughout.  Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests and with its four bathrooms the house is ideal for two families sharing or extra large group gatherings.  A cosy woodburner in the sitting room area also makes Seamark cosy and warm all year round.

Fabulous features include a roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase leading up from decking or the first floor balcony.  The property also has a fantastic second sitting room/TV snug room with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.  Off road parking is available for 3 to 4 cars, and all modern amenities include WiFi.

Roof Terrace & Garden

Seamark also enjoys a fabulous roof terrace, which is accessed by a spiral staircase from the decking or the first floor balcony.  With views out to sea, it is a wonderful place for some evening drinks whilst watching the sunset.  The owners request that you are considerate to their neighbours whilst up on the roof terrace, especially in the evenings, and that you exercise caution whilst up there.  Children are not permitted on the roof terrace unless accompanied by an adult.  There is a stairgate available for guest use. 

The property also has a small garden area to the rear with decking and an outdoor dining area, plus a small lawn, with a BBQ available.

Pets will be considered at the discretion of the management and the owners.

Travel cot, high chair and stairgate all provided.

Availability

Long weekends are available for up to 4 nights at 80% of the full weekly price.
