There’s history at sporting estate Goodwood (9 miles) – famous for its Festival of Speed, horseracing events and iconic Goodwood Revival, celebrating the "golden era" of motorsport – and in county capital Chichester, a bustling civic centre since Roman times. Compact, highly walkable and home to unique boutique shopping, the city is perfectly positioned between the coast and The South Downs, while 24 miles west of your doorstep, Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard features legendary ships, interactive exhibits and maritime experiences in a beautiful waterfront setting.

Off-road parking means you can unpack and settle in at your own pace – follow the shared entrance and staircase to the apartment. Once inside, an open-plan social space is revealed, complete with a vibrant colour palette and all the comforts of home. Cook up a treat in the chic kitchen in one corner, dine at the conveniently-close table, then stretch out on the sofa to stream your favourite programmes.
