Sleeping up to 3 people the lodge is set in beautiful and secluded grounds. The modern and comfortable holiday lodge has everything you need for a perfect short break or holiday rental, with a twin/double bedroom, open plan living and kitchen area and separate bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. French doors lead to a patio area with seating and beyond is tranquil woodland and gardens. Yoga classes are available onsite!

Please note that the bed is a kingsize and can be made up as a double or two singles. Please let us know your preference in advance. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for a 3rd person.

Set in tranquil gardens with many wild areas, attracting nature of all kinds from butterflies, birds, bats, deer and hedgehogs. This serene area is beautiful to walk through and explore. It is full of colour and smells with seating in various areas.

There is plenty of parking nearby the cabins, all free of charge during your stay.

A welcome hamper is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -

Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, matches, kitchen roll, tissues, bin bags, pen, salt, pepper, fire lighters and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including wine, cookies, chocolates and sweets! We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.

We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for short stays only.

My name is Laura and I am the proud owner of Chichester Holiday properties. We operate a small, local independent holiday rental company which looks after privately owned properties on the owners behalf. We offer the complete service from guest communication, to cleaning and guests check in. We are on call 24 hours a day in case of emergency and on hand to help with any questions or queries, before, during and after our guests stay.

The lodges are located 1.5 miles (20 min walk) from the centre of the Saxon village of Bosham and next to Chichester Harbour (10 min walk), a National Trust Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The lodges provide everything you need for a private, relaxing getaway in the Sussex countryside or a great base for exploring the delights of Chichester and the surrounding area.

The Crate Café in Bosham is a short 10 min walk away and offers delicious food and great coffee in a quirky setting. Open 7 days a week both daytime and evenings on weekends.

Bosham has regular bus links on the 700 bus route between Chichester and Portsmouth. Bosham train station is only short walk away.

The village of Bosham has two Co-op shops – both a short 10 min walk away.

Located only a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from the lodges is the well photographed, stunning waterfront and Quay at Bosham. There is a car park in this area with paid parking. Bosham Walk is home to lots of unique, hand crafted gifts in various shops. A short walk from here is a lovely pub called the Anchor Bleu which is located on the harbour walls, overlooking the water. There is a lovely church in Bosham and a large green, ideal for games and picnics. This is also a great spot for children (and adults!) to go crabbing! If you are keen on water sports, this is a lovely area to launch a kayak, canoe or to go paddle boarding.

There are two other pubs located in Bosham - The White Swan (9 min walk away) or the Berkeley Arms (20 min walk or 2 min drive away). Memories of India is a great Indian restaurant or takeaway and is only a 8 minute walk from the lodge. So India offers Indian takeaway food and is located on the roundabout, this is also very good. There is a fish & chip shop (Butlers) near the co-op on station Road, just a few minutes walk away. There are lots more pubs, restaurants and cafes in the nearby harbour village of Emsworth or in the larger, historic city of Chichester - home to the beautiful cathedral.
