The property has a stylish open plan living area with fine coastal views, large sofas, Sky TV, a DVD player and adjacent dining table with eight chairs. There is also a modern kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, electric oven, gas hob, breakfast bar and small appliances. A ground floor utility cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
