Cleeveley Cottage, located near Burford, is a charming Grade II Listed Cotswold Cottage set in a very picturesque village. The cottage, which dates back to the 16th Century, has undergone considerable renovation creating a stunning holiday home. Internally there many period features incl a Tudor stone fireplace with woodburner, mullion windows and flagstone floors. The cottage enjoys a quiet location down a no-through lane with an enclosed cottage garden to its rear. The hamlet of Holwell is a few miles from Burford. There are two classic Cotswolds pubs within a 5 min drive - "The Five Alls" in Filkins (an award winner where you may bump into Kate Moss the owner!) is a particular favourite with superb food and outstanding beers.

Holwell, Oxfordshire is a short drive away from one of the most famous of the Cotswolds town, Burford. With its medieval bridge, old stone houses and attractive Tudor and Georgian frontages, Burford is justifiably one of the most picturesque towns in England. Often referred to as the 'Gateway to the Cotswolds', the town was originally a fortified Anglo-Saxon ford which later grew to be an important regional crossroads and wealthy wool town. Burford is now very popular with visitors, both for its beauty and history but also for its shopping and antiques, and for the wide variety of places to eat, with restaurants, pubs and teashops.
