About The Spa Hotel

Elegant and surrounded by 14 acres of private grounds, The Spa Hotel sits just on the edge of Royal Tunbridge Wells, and boasts extensive in-house spa leisure faciltiies.  The hotel features 70 stylish en-suite rooms, and facilities include our award-winning Chandelier Restaurant, our super stylish contemporary Zagatos Bar and Brasserie and the very comfortable lounge and Orangery.  Perfect for business or leisure, and an ideal gateway into the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Spa Hotel is licensed for Civil Wedding Ceremonies.

Guests enjoy access to a superb range of spa leisure facilities including the hotel's 10m indoor swimming pool, saunas, steam room and spa treatment rooms.  Additional facilities include a floodlit tennis court and a selection of large and small conference and meeting room space in in-house.  Parking for 150 cars is onsite and free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Rooms

Room types available include single, twin, double and romantic 4 poster rooms with a stunning contemporary decor.  Spacious Executive Rooms are also available located across the first and second floors.  Four poster rooms are on the first floor and perfect for Honeymoon escapes, as a Bridal suite or for couples looking for that special romantic break in the spa town.

All 70 rooms have en-suite bathrooms and include a flat-screen TV with Freeview and Sky channels, a hairdryer, radio, WiFi, trouser press and ironing facilities, an international direct dial phone and tea/ coffee making facilities.

Dining

Dine in style in the Chandelier Restaurant serving a range of classic contemporary British cuisine - residents and non-residents are both welcome.  The hotel's relaxed bar and brasserie is the perfect space for friends and family gatherings, with a char grill selection.  Brunch and sandwiches are served daily in the lounge and orangery, and our famous Afternoon Teas are served each day from 3pm to 5.30pm.  

Wedding & Conference

The perfect wedding venue in the heart of Kent, our charming 18th century Mansion with extensive grounds is a superb setting with excellent in-house dining, spa leisure facilities and we're fully licensed for Civil Wedding Ceremonies.  A choice of tailor-made wedding packages are available to suit all tastes and budgets.  Small and large wedding parties of up 228 guests are happily catered for.

Flexible meeting space includes our spacious Royal Suite holding up to 300 guests, or opt for our small Boardroom holding 15 people, ideal for small meetings and business gatherings.  Conference suites and rooms are fully equipped with all essential audio-visual equipment.
