About The Camden Arms Hotel

Your hosts James and Carol Cunningham extend a warm welcome to the Camden Arms Hotel in Pembury village on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells.  The hotel is a charming 18th century coaching inn with extensive in-house features including a welcoming bar and a rustic, award winning restaurant serving a range of locally sourced cuisine.  The separate garden room is a further dining or meeting area, ideal for group gatherings, and all our guest rooms feature modern en-suite facilities. 

Breakfast is included in your stay, served daily from 7am until 10am, and lunch and dinner are served daily from 12 noon until 9pm.  A la carte menu and vegetarian choice are available, along with our weekly Sunday lunches.  Enjoy food and drink outside on warmer days in the outdoor seating area and garden. 

Rooms

Guest rooms are fully equipped with all modern comforts including WiFi, TVs with Freeview channels and en-suite facilities. Accessible rooms specially designed for the less mobile are available and each guest room has its own unique theme, with handmade furnishings, power showers in en-suites, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryers.  Our four poster double rooms are perfect for that special romantic escape near Tunbridge Wells.

Breakfast

An award-winning buffet style Continental breakfast is included in booking, and a delicious Full English cooked breakfast is available for an additional charge.

Conference/ Meeting Rooms

We have two well equipped meeting rooms including The Garden Room and the Pembury Room.  Both are on the ground floor with easy access from the car park and sun terrace.  Facilities available on request include flipcharts, projectors, TVs, video/DVD, notepads and pencils.  Tea and coffee, and catering facilities can be made available in your conference suite on request.  Free parking for up to 40 cars is onsite. Small and large conference events and meetings are welcomed. 

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2pm to 6pm, and check-out is from 7am to 11am.  

Directions

The Camden Arms is located in the heart of Pembury village, only half a mile from the main A21 road, and just 3 miles from historic Royal Tunbridge Wells.  The spectacular High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is right on our doorstep.
