Situated close to the river and public gardens in Canterbury, 9 Linden Grove is a characterful end of terrace property ideal for visiting the city centre attractions. Furnished to the highest standards throughout, the cottage is Grade II listed and set over three floors.
Inside
The comfortable sitting room has a feature fireplace with gas wood burner stove, flat screen TV exposed beams and dining area. Two steps lead up to the kitchen which is fitted with a washing machine, fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. A stable door leads out into the attractive garden.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The double bedroom has a TV and ensuite with shower, hand basin and WC. There is also a second floor single bedroom. Please note that the double bedroom ensuite is the only bathroom at the property.
Outside
Enjoy relaxing in the patio garden with furniture provided.
Other Things to Note
The rental price includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels. There is shared off road parking for one car and further roadside parking set a two minute walk away. The cottage does not accept pets and is non-smoking. Books, games and DVDs are provided at the cottage.
Availability
Short breaks may be available at this property during the winter and off peak times or as last minute stays within one week of arrival. a five night minimum charge applies at Christmas though short stays are permitted.
