This split level apartment is located North East of the town of Tonbridge in the village of Tudeley and is the ideal spot to explore the wonders of Kent and local attractions including imposing castles, the National Trust properties at Chartwell, former home of Winston Churchill, Ightham Mote, Scotney Castle, Leeds Castle and Hever Castle the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. The well known Town of Tunbridge Wells is a short drive away and has plenty to offer with lots of attractions and outlets to explore with the family. Why not take a day trip to France with the Channel Tunnel which is only an hour away. On entering the property, you walk into a dining area with dining for four and a wooden spindal staircase rising to the first floor. Go along the hallway and on the left you will find the kitchen which is tastefully styled and well equipped with a freestanding electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. On the right of the hall is the spacious lounge area which has two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD, and is a wonderful place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. At the end of the hall you will find the twin room with two single beds with a bathroom with shower over bath and WC just across the hall. Head up to the first floor from the dining area, to the double bedroom with wooden cot and en suite with bath over shower, WC and hand basin. For groups of more than six this property can be linked through double doors to the neighbouring property, Bullion Apartment, creating one big apartment to accommodate 12 guests. There is a shared utility area with the use of washing machines and tumble dryer. In the summer an attractive patio area to the rear plays host to an eating area where al fresco dining becomes a part of daily life. A brick built in BBQ is a must for summer evenings whilst a large tennis court and swimming pool (open from 1st June to 31st August) will provide hours of leisure. A handcrafted tree house, play area, football shooting goal and indoor games room with pool table and darts board ( please bring your own darts) will keep children engaged throughout their stay.
