A charming, beautifully restored Edwardian guest house in Margate, The Warwick has a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor and offers a choice of stylish twin, double and single rooms.  A delicious, locally sourced and Fairtrade breakfast is included in booking - choose from a range of cooked and Continental style breakfast options.  The Warwick is perfectly placed for business or leisure in Margate - just a 5 minute stroll from the station and high-speed rail links to St Pancras International.  Blue Flag beaches, the Turner Contemporary Gallery and town centre amenities are just a few minutes' walk away and free WiFi is available throughout.

Rooms - 5

Each of our 5 guest rooms has its own individual contemporary style with all modern comforts, and a choice of full en-suite bathroom, private bathroom or shared bathroom option. 

Facilities in rooms include iPod and iPhone chargers and dock stations, generous refreshment trays with tea and coffee making facilities, ample storage space,  flat-screen TVs with Freeview (record live TV and pause options are also available) and our en-suite rooms also benefit from DVD players and a collection of DVDs.

Guests are welcome to use and relax in the communal dining room and lounge for the duration of their stay - just ask if you need plates, cutlery, glasses or a laundry and ironing service.

Children over the age of 16 years are welcome.  Sorry no pets please.

Breakfast

Our extensive breakfast menu caters for all tastes and features fine Kentish local produce.  Meats are sourced from local butchers and we make our own bread, muffins and pastries.  Cooked breakfasts include only free range eggs, and all our hot chocolate, teas and coffee are Fairtrade.  Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free breakfasts are all available on request.
