About this Holiday Cottage

Situated in a beautiful location on the English Channel coast, our well appointed semi detached chalet bungalow sits in the small hamlet of Seabrook on the outskirts of Hythe in Kent.  The property is perfect for family breaks, couples or friends sharing, and is within easy reach of amenities.  Accommodation sleeps up to four people and offers a good range of facilities including a large garden, a modern fully fitted kitchen and off road parking.

Living Space

Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable lounge which has lovely sea-views across the Channel, two settees, a dining area seating four (extends to seat six), a TV, stereo/ radio and feature living flame gas fire. 

The kitchen has views of the rear garden and is well equipped for self catering breaks with a washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and separate freezer.  We have also provided plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are two comfortable double bedrooms along with a light and airy bathroom with shower. 

The front bedroom has ample wardrobe space and sea views across the English Channel as far as France on a clear day.

The back bedroom overlooks the large garden and also has ample wardrobe space.

The bathroom with wc is situated on the ground floor and includes a shower.

Upstairs there is a further wc.

Towels are provided.

Outside

The property sits in an extensive garden with table, chairs and a garden umbrella.  Enjoy watching the visiting wildlife with many different species to be seen at all times of the day.  There is also off road parking for two cars.

Other Things to Note

Towels, toiletries and linen are all provided for your stay.  There are lovely views towards the sea and the canal, both only half a mile away.

Around and About

The property is set in Seabrook, a small hamlet two miles from Hythe on the Kent Coast.  Local amenities including a post office, petrol station and several eating out venues are located nearby.  Folkestone is just four miles away.

Directions

Come off the M20, Junction 12 and take a right turn signed for Hythe.  At the traffic lights opposite Tesco take a left turn and continue over the bridge and down the hill.  Before you get to the other bridge take a right turn up Naildown Road and we are the second turning on the right hand side.
