Leading upstairs, the original staircase and Victorian balustrading ascends to the second floor where the breath-taking views are at their best from the stunning, stylish and contemporary open plan kitchen and dining area, that leads out onto a balcony overlooking the pebbled beach beyond - the most beautiful space to cook and enjoy memorable meals and evenings together. Come evening, the five bedrooms await to welcome you into a restful nights sleep, split over the ground and top floor and sharing the three spacious bathrooms.

In an enviable position, set overlooking Hythe beach, Seaview offers the perfect location for your coastal getaway. Whether you to seek to spend your days relaxing on the pebbles and dipping your toes in the Channel, or stretching your legs with a brisk coastal walk along the picturesque promenade that stretches as far as Folkestone. For those who can be lured away from the sight of the sea, a short stroll will bring you to the beautiful Royal Military canal, and charming cobbles of Hythe high street, with a choice of locally renowned restaurants, pubs and independent shops to explore.

Retreat from the beach to the enclosed lawn garden, where alfresco dining can be enjoyed, or should you not be able to draw yourself away from the sea, the terrace of the seafood restaurant, just 100 metres away, is the ideal spot to sample some local seafood delights.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Please check lighting in lounge/tv room, several bulbs not functioning/flickering.Also, bathroom door, between basement and first floor needs adjustment, since it is difficult to close and open. One of the children experienced some difficulty.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity - we had some wonderful weather.

We stayed here for a long weekend (12th - 16thMarch 2026). Ideal location, right on the seafront. Parking was not an issue for our stay, but I believe it gets very popular in the warmer months. There is plenty of parking space in surrounding streets. The house was very spacious and clean, with everything we needed. There are a few eating places within a few minutes walk, all very nice (Waterfront, Indian and Lazy shack). One minor point (and I am being picky here) we did see a previous review re the size of the towels that were supplied and did put in a couple of large bath towels when were packing. It was lovely just sitting there watching the world go by. Saw some dramatic lightning out at sea. The Grandchildren loved it too, and one did leave a review in the guest book. Access to the house was easy with the instructions that were given prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend.
