About this Holiday Cottage

Ideal for both couples and small families, The Hen House in Lenham is a contemporary one bedroom cottage situated just a short drive from Leeds Castle and within easy reach of the beautiful Kent Downs.

Inside

There is a contemporary open plan living area with flat screen TV, sofa, large bookcase and dining area which can seat two. The fully fitted kitchen has a stainless steel oven, hob and cooker hood. There is also a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The property is heated by central heating.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The master double bedroom can sleep two people and there is an ensuite bathroom with double ended bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a sofa bed on the ground floor which can sleep one extra person. Bed linen is supplied for your stay.

Outside

There is a courtyard garden with table, chairs, a parasol and barbecue. The cottage also has parking facilities at the large gravel area.

Other Things to Note

The cottage can be booked with an adjacent property which can sleep a further four people. Pets are welcome by arrangement and we can supply a cot and high chair for children. Towels are provided.

Availability

Short breaks may be available during mid and low season times or within thirty days of arrival. The changeover day is Friday.
