Inside
The cottage has an open plan lounge/ dining area with stair case to the first floor, wood burner stove, flat screen TV, two sofas and a dining area seating six people. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, built in oven, electric hob and plenty of small appliances.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The bedrooms are presented as one master double with ensuite shower room and access to a single bedroom plus two further twin bedrooms. The cottage also has a ground floor bathroom with shower.
Outside
There is a private courtyard garden with barbecue along with parking for one car.
Other Things to Note
Private fishing is available half a mile away over the estuary wall. Central heating is available throughout the property.
Availability
Off peak short breaks may be available. The property is not suitable for children under ten years old except babes in arms - cot on request. No pets. A telephone line can be made available for short term rentals in excess of four weeks.
