The cottage has been sensitively converted in keeping with the charm of the property using reclaimed materials to create a lovely homely and welcoming self-catering cottage - all you would expect from a listed property. This affordable and comfortable retreat is located in one of the medieval villages close to Canterbury and within easy reach of a choice of beaches. After a days sightseeing in the nearby Cathedral city of Canterbury or bathing in the sea in Sandwich Bay a day would not be complete without taking in all that the local medieval village that Staple has to offer - a drink at the best of watering holes with a nearby popular country pub offering a fine selection of food.

    The accomodation was superb, clean and well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyabel location and Ferdinand the pheasant was great entertainment running up the road chasing the car and coming to the door to be fed.
