These beautifully converted Kent self catering barns are in the grounds of a country house surrounded by rolling countryside. This large holiday accommodation would be ideal for a family get together or for a special occasion with the use of a stunning indoor heated swimming pool all year round – ideal for entertaining the kids! Pilgrims Nook Holiday Cottages: sleeps 30, across 4 cottages, two interconnected, total of 11 bedrooms, 4 receptions, 4 family bathrooms and 3 en-suite shower-rooms. Parking available for 8 in the grounds, more on arrangement. Three of the cottages each sleep 8, the fourth cottage sleeps 6 (The Knight). All cottages offer open plan living accommodation and tables and seating accommodate those who can sleep in each cottage. Interconnecting cottages are The Squire and Knight, the Franklin is attached as part of the same building without connection, The Miller is a stand alone cottage. Distribution Totals: 4 x Sitting room areas, log burning stoves, 50 inch flatscreen TV's, DVD players, Freeview, plus Nintendo Wii's and WiFi. Each cottage is unique in size and shape, some with more space than others. 4 x Dining area, each with large tables. The owners permit guests to reconfigure to suit their own dining needs. 4 x American kitchens, each with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan and microwave. The Knight's kitchen is elevated by two steps from the living area. Bed and bathroom configuration: The Knight: Note bedrooms are access up two steps from the living area. 1 x Double (sleeps 2) double bed 1 x Twin (sleeps 2) on two single beds Lounge, sofa bed (sleeps 2) Family bathroom, bath, large walk in shower, hand held shower and overhead shower The Squire & Franklin and The Miller (total numbers one of each per cottage): 3 x Double (sleeps 2 ) with en-suite shower rooms. 3 x Twin (sleeps 2 ) on two single beds, 3 x Single / Double room (sleeps 2) a single bed with pull out Trundle. Lounge, sofa bed (sleeps 2 ) 3 x Family bathrooms, bath, large walk in shower and overhead shower. One per cottage. Underfloor heating throughout all four cottages. Outside, there is a seating area by each holiday cottage with BBQ. Human sized Chess set in the grounds. The shared indoor heated swimming pool and Hot tub is a short walk away. Services:Please note the pool is only open between the hours of:09:00-18:30 and 19:30-21:30Should you wish to bring in external caterers or contractors please agree approach the booking team with your request prior to your stay. You will be required to provide insurance documents to the owners prior to arrival.
