The living room leads onto a veranda with seating to enjoy the summer sun. Kingsdown Holiday Park has panoramic views over the English Channel with 36 acres of land to explore and enjoy. The park offers an indoor heated swimming pool which is free for guests to use, tennis courts, adventure playground, Wi-Fi, indoor games area plus a lounge on-site. Parking is available just 20 yards from the property.
Nearby attractions include Deal and Walmer Castles, both steeped in history. Deal also has a highly-acclaimed high street with many individual shops. Take a stroll along the sea front, sample the fish and chips and enjoy entertainment throughout the year at its famous bandstand. A little further afield is Margate with its renowned Turner Centre and Dreamland, and Broadstairs with Viking Bay plus plenty of golf courses to choose from. A day trip to Canterbury is a must with its dominant cathedral and city walls, boutique shops for a spot of retail therapy or sample the local ales in one of the many bars. A day trip to France is popular with ferries from Dover, or a train from Ashford. Beach on-site. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant on-site.

Slightly disappointed in the cleanliness , Dirty and stained pillows and pillow protectors and no mattress cover on the bed. One smoke alarm was in a drawer not working and other Smoke alarm not working we had to replace the battery ourselves.

Matig. Bedden waren goed en schoon opgemaakt handdoeken lagen klaar. Vakantie park was redelijk rustig. Huisje was totaal niet schoon. Voldeed niet aan de verwachting. Huisje ligt op een vakantiepark huisje is privé eigendom, voor de sleutel moet je een aantal dagen van tevoren contact opnemen met de eigenaar, dit is niet wat er in de omschrijving staat. Sleutel dus niet bij receptie. Verder is het klein voorc6 personen. Boven heb je 1 grote ruimte een 2 persoons bed en 2x 1 persoons bed alles in dezelfde ruimte. De slaapkamer beneden is klein 2 persoonsbed. Douche ruimte is redelijk alleen geen regendouche die was kapot, wel een bad. Als de stroom op is moet je £1,00 in de meter doen.
