Ratling Farmhouse is set in glorious countryside seemingly miles from anywhere and yet within walking distance of a village pub and a farm shop and a short drive to Canterbury and the coast at Dover.  Adisham Railway Station is ten minutes walk with regular services to London Victoria via Canterbury.  Ratling Farmhouse Cottage is attached to the attractive rambling farmhouse that is surrounded by beautiful secluded gardens.  It is bright and spacious with wonderful decorative touches, an ideal cottage for two in a perfect location for walking, cycling and exploring the North Downs and the coast.  Pub: 1 mile  Shop:  0.25 mile  Coast: 10 miles

Sitting Room has wooden floors and comfortable sofa, an electric 'woodburner', TV,DVD  plenty of cupboards and a colourful rug

Kitchen combines country style with up to the minute contemporary fittings to create a bright, cheery kitchen with built in electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a washer/dryer.  A round marble topped table and chairs overlooks the garden

Handsome wooden staircase with deep treads leads to.......

First Floor:

Bedroom with king size bed, bedside cupboards, plenty of storage and bookcase

Shower Room with generous sized shower, washbasin and chest of drawers and separate w.c

Garden: Extensive grounds surround the house and a table and chairs is provided on the lawn of a semi-private area reserved for the exclusive use of guests.  A patio area, shared with Ratling Farmhouse, is also available.

Parking: Approached through electronic gates there is a gravelled area adjacent to the cottage. Please note there is a height restriction for vehicles entering through the gates.

Heating: Central heating and electric 'woodburner'.

Notes: Sorry no children or babies and no pets as owners have poultry, ducks and geese ranging freely in the grounds
