The owners have paid careful attention to detail to create a stylish space, with comfortable furnishings and on-trend decoration. There is a large corner sofa for guests to relax on and enjoy the view to the beach, or instead perhaps watch a film on the Smart TV. The dining area occupies one corner of the open-plan space, from where a door leads through to the conservatory kitchen which offers a Range-style oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, and dishwasher. The double bed is located in the opposite corner of the room to the dining area, whilst a sofa bed can be found upstairs on the loft-style mezzanine floor. This is a click-clack double sofa bed that will be made up as a bed if booked for 3 people, or for 2 people who prefer separate beds (bedding available). The bathroom has a fashionable, sleek feel to it and offers a bath, separate shower, and WC.

The spacious decked terrace to the front of the property is situated right on the beach, and is a spectacular place from which to enjoy the fresh air and the relaxing sound of waves from the table and chairs provided. There is also a pretty marine-style garden to the side of the property, with direct access to the beach via a gate and set of steps, and off-road driveway parking for two cars.

Please note that there is over a meter drop at the end of the decking area overlooking the beach. This may make this property unsuitable for children.
