Enjoy wonderful views overlooking rolling countryside from this country rambles and at the end of the day enjoy immaculate, contemporary accommodation with an exciting equine twist! An original riding block, with gallery overlooking the riding arena, has been converted into generous, contemporary self-catering holiday accommodation, providing all the essentials you could possibly need for a short break or extended stay. This unique country getaway offers upper level living with viewing window overlooking the riding arena. The owners welcome you to meet their friendly horses and should you wish to don your riding hat for a private lesson or country hack, this can be arranged at an offsite stables yard less than half a mile away on request before your stay. With a choice of two terraces to take in the views, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the children and pets play outdoors.

Paddocks View sleeps 8 (maximum 4 adults 4 children), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both ensuite), 1 reception room, two terraces with furniture to seat 6, BBQ, pets permitted, parking off road for up to 4 cars. Ground Floor Hall way, with bedrooms off each side. Bedroom 1, double bed, en-suite shower room. Master bedroom, double bed, en-suite bathroom with over shower. French doors to patio Upper Floor Open plan sitting room and kitchen Kitchen, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, extractor, dining table and 8 chairs. Juliet balcony with views over the school. Sitting area, three sofa beds seating 6/8, (sleeps 4 children max) French windows to the patio terrace with table and 6 chairs. Active stable yard The owners kindly ask guests to not feed the horses Introductions, i.e. petting and grooming can be made to the horses in arrangement with the owners.
