This timber framed bungalow is situated in the village of Seasalter, Kent, a little coastal estuary town next to its busier neighbour Whitstable. The shower room is decorated in a marble effect, somewhere of quality to get ready during your stay. Outside is just as appealing, previewing a raised decked area with furniture, as well as a lower tier with comfy seating, your homely place to relax under the sunshine. The beach at Seasalter is mainly shingle and sand and therefore quieter than the sandy bays at Westgate-on-Sea which is just along the coast. Whitstable is a quaint coastal town, with cobbled streets, quirky shops and a well-visited fishing harbour. Take a trip to Faversham where you can take a guided tour. A charming holiday experience to build some memories.
The beach at Seasalter is mainly shingle and sand and therefore quieter than the more sandy bays at Westgate-on-Sea which is just along the coast. Seasalter Sailing Club, which has a clubhouse on Faversham Road, hosts catamaran boats which race on the River Swale Estuary. Canterbury is ideal for a day exploring historic houses, taking walks or boat trips along the river, visiting a museum or two, a theatre evening or just enjoying a browse around the shops.

The cottage is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Jo, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient - not far from the beach and a half hour walk into Whitstable. There are convenience shops within 10 minutes walk. Lots to see in the area. Whitstable is a gem, and we also highly recommend Leeds Castle and Broadstairs. Hope to return.

The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained and equipped by the owners. The owners made us really welcome and checked that everything was OK. Location wise Smallcroft was perfect for walking to Whitstable and the beach as well as easy access to other places of interest in the area. Overall a really lovely place to stay. We will return.

It is homely and well-equipped, but unfussy. The owner keeps everything spotlessly clean and in good condition. It has a real holiday feel and provides a welcome break!
