Divers Cottage is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its proximity to the seafront and local amenities in Herne Bay. Guests appreciate the homely feel, welcome packs, and the range of facilities provided. Parking is noted as a challenge, with some concerns about cost and availability. The property is generally found to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for an enjoyable stay.
Most guests found the cottage to be spotless and well-maintained, though one review mentioned it could have been cleaner. This suggests high standards with a minor inconsistency.
The location is highly praised for its closeness to the seafront, local shops, and eateries. The only drawback mentioned is the parking situation, which affects the score slightly.
Guests describe the cottage as cosy and comfortable, with a well-equipped living space. However, a comment about the sofa bed being less comfortable suggests room for improvement.
The cottage is commended for its range of facilities, including a well-stocked kitchen and extras like hair straighteners. Some guests had issues with appliance usage, but overall satisfaction is high.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is frequently mentioned, with welcome packs highlighted as a delightful touch. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it's noted that such extras are a kind gesture and not guaranteed.

Lovely homely cottage close to the seafront with everything we needed for a few days away. Bob sent good instruction beforehand and left tea, coffee, milk, wine and mince pies. Parking was ok at this time of year (free daytime parking on the seafront for 4 hours) but might be expensive during the summer. The nearby pub was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings but otherwise it was very quiet.

Fantastic cottage. Welcome pack of wine and doughnuts was much appreciated Only downside was the parking charges but we managed to find someone to park further away for free.
