Sleek and stylish throughout, your abode has much to offer in the way of comfort with two lounges to relax in, one of which has a roaring wood burner for the ultimate treat. Get cooking in the spacious kitchen, using the Rangemaster oven and settling down for delicious meals in the dining room. Retreat outside after your meal with a glass of wine, reclining in the hot tub or simply unwinding in the secluded garden. At bedtime, there are five bedrooms to choose from, two of which have their own en-suites whilst the remainder share a generous family bathroom. The ground-floor bedroom has an electrically adjustable small double bed with a ceiling track hoisting from the bed to the en-suite wet room and an additional fold-up bed if needed. There is also an additional fold-out single bed upstairs.

Yarmouth itself is a quintessential village complete with pretty shops and a popular pub boasting an impressive culinary repertoire. Stroll around the harbour and watch the ferries, or enjoy a scenic 4-mile walk along the old railway line to Freshwater. The Needles is 5.5 miles away, and you can hike to the top of Tennyson Down 4 miles away to appreciate the views. For those who prefer a traditional beach day, Freshwater Bay and Totland Bay are both beautiful and easily reached within 4 miles.
