The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed and a versatile daybed, which can be transformed into an additional single bed for a child or dressed as a sofa for fewer guests. Bedside cabinets on either side of the double bed offer convenient storage, while a wardrobe and chest of drawers provide space for your belongings. A compact bathroom completes this studio, offering all the essentials for your daily routine. Step outside to the terrace and take in the picturesque view of the lush gardens. This private retreat is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching wildlife visit the gardens, offering a peaceful escape from everyday life. You'll also have access to a range of shared on site facilities. Gather around the fire pit in the evening for a cosy outdoor experience. Cool off and relax in the outdoor heated outdoor pool in the summer. Enjoy friendly competition in the shared games room, or watch your little ones explore the playground, fairy garden, and toys in the playhouse. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric hob and oven, vintage Bosch fridge/freezer and microwave. Smart TV in lounge. Outside terrace with table and chairs. Private parking for 1 car (there will be a 30 charge per week for any additional vehicles, please enquire with the owner first, as it is subject to availability). Shop, pub and restaurant within 0.7 miles. Secure storage for bikes. Shared games room with air hockey table, crane grabber, driving machine, retro fruit machines, arcade machines with over 100 classic games, and a Smart TV (the games room has WC's and baby changing facilities). Outdoor facilities include a shared heated outdoor pool (open from the late May bank holiday weekend until the end of September). Shared gardens include a children s playground with a new wooden playset, benches, a playhouse with toys and a fairy garden. CCTV is installed in and around the pool house and at the front of the main building for safety and security purposes. The footage is kept for up to 6 months and then deleted if not needed.
