The property is consistently described as very clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating high standards are maintained.
The location is praised for its proximity to Shanklin old village and lovely sea views. The uphill walk is noted, but it contributes to the property's appeal.

A cosy but well laid out apartment in a beautiful location. The accommodation was well equipped with all that was needed for a self catering stay. The two double bedrooms were one of the main reasons for selecting the property to stay at.The living room/kitchen area was quite cosy, but it lead out to a conservatory/dining area and a balcony which really opened up the living space. No particular issues with the accommodation though my holiday companion did find the mattress on the king size double bed a bit too firm for his liking. The only other issue we found was walking uphill back to the apartment - especially after an evening meal and a few drinks - what with us both being over 50 and barely moderately fit, it was quite the challenge 🤣 But I guess that's the price one has to pay for the wonderful views!

Yes, I would recommend 7 The Priory but while it was almost perfect there was the question of the bed in the bedroom nearest the bathroom. Neither my wife nor I had a decent night's sleep owing to the hardness of the mattress and the pillows. Others, however, may find it comfortable. Everything else was superb.

Great location within walking distance to Shanklin old village and Shanklin Chine entrance. Lovely sea views from the conservatory and balcony. Perfect for our family of 4 adults. I would definitely recommend this property. The only downside is lack of wifi as mobile signal isn't great there, but this didn't cause us any issues.
