This spacious farmhouse is situated in a peaceful spot on the edge of the pretty village of Shalfleet where you will find a shop and pub. The property is set towards the western edge of the island and is ideally placed for touring. Wonderful walks can be taken directly from the property via a footpath which leads from the village to Newtown Creek this estuary is part of a National Nature Reserve within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is home to countless wildfowl and rare wading birds. The walks around the estuary are some of the most attractive on the Island. Several secluded bays and beaches are nearby as are the popular towns of Yarmouth and Freshwater. On entering this charming property you will find yourself in the lovely and bright lounge with windows overlooking the gardens. With plenty of comfortable seating an open fire and TV/DVD this is a lovely space to relax in. You will also find a charming dining area. Heading through into the stylish kitchen you will find a well-equipped space with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the utility area. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a cosy single bedroom. There is also a shower room and WC on this floor. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find a further three cosy bedrooms. There is an attractive double bedroom with an en-suite shower room complete with shower and WC. Next is a spacious room with a king-size bed and a bunk bedroom with additional single bed. You will also find a bathroom with a hand-held shower over bath and WC that completes the accommodation. Stepping outside you can unwind in the spacious garden which has a large lawn area where you can relax and play a game with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ also provided. There is off-road parking for three cars found to the side of the property.
