At this cottage, there is one bedroom and a light and spacious open plan living area, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as double patio doors leading onto the private patio area. Note: This property can be booked with refs 10062 and 12935 and together they accommodate 8 people.
Ryde is ‘The Gateway to the Island', being the largest town on the Isle of White and a popular holiday destination since the mid 19th century. Its excellent transport links – regular ferry, hovercraft and catamaran services from the mainland – mean thousands each year cross The Solent to enjoy Ryde's selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, or to relax on the six miles of glorious sandy beach. There are plenty of recreational activities on the seaside esplanade, including tenpin bowling, an ice-rink, children's rides and paddling pool, a boating lake and a putting green. With everything in easy reach and the whole Island at your fingertips, Ryde makes a superb holiday destination.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Peaceful setting with great views. Host very helpful and plenty of information in the cottage.

The cottage is very clean and well laid out especially for myself as a wheelchair user. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has an excellent shower with a bath seat. A very well equipped kitchen and a thoughtfully designed bedroom with a good make-up area. The owners are very kind and helpful should you need any information about the area. All in all another great visit as this was our third time there and we are returning again later in the summer!

So clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts are lovely and on-hand if you need them. Really well placed for tranquility but also close to some excellent places to visit (Quarr Abbey, Fishguard, Havenstreet steam railway, Osbourne, Carisbrook castle and pretty village pubs with good pub grub!). The view from the lounge is breathtaking, just gentle rolling hills and countryside. Everything was quality and comfort. We (and Disney Boxer) would highly recommend 2 The Stables.
