This is an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Wight, or you can just relax and enjoy the park’s facilities. Younger children will love the adventure playground and the indoor pool with its waterslide and older children are well catered for with all the fun and activities on hand in their own clubs.

Enjoyed off the park and stayed on complex as little as possible. Popped for drinks in evening a couple times and the reps did ok to entertain the kids so can’t knock them but is definitely room for improvement on what goes on

The accommodation was adequate, albeit advertised as a 6 berth, it was somewhat cramped once everyone was inside.The accommodation dining facilities were a bit sparse, only 4 chairs and 5 tea cups, not that we intended to spend much time indoors.A tempremental front door lock took a bit of getting used to, bit like the crypton factor, glad to say we eventually cracked it!The general cleanliness was dissapointing, sticky tables, chairs and worktops, attempted to clean them ourselves, no joy? Was the stickinesscreated by the sanitising spray being used, noticed it in most if the camp facilities we used?The microwave and kitchen had a fishy aroma, by day 2 the use of bleach and disinfectant spray eventually resolved the issue.No instructions available for the hob/oven, both electric, particularly annoying when they would turn themselvs off, some sort of timer I suspect? Never did suss it out!Not that they were required, however, no instructions for the electric radiators?Fridge light not working.The reliability of the standard equipment provided, WiFi and TV facilities remained random, WiFi dropped in and out and the functionality of the TV in the chalet left a lot to be desired, limited channels, a faulty DVD drive and nob functioning USB facility.廊May I suggest some type of defect form in each chalet/caravan would help resolve these issues?珞
