Guests have had a delightful experience at Pinot, praising its immaculate cleanliness, high-quality furnishings, and peaceful surroundings. The hot tub and beautiful views are frequently mentioned highlights, along with the property's well-equipped nature and comfortable beds. Some minor issues were noted regarding bedroom lighting and fire door springs.
Reviewers consistently mention the property being 'ultra clean' and 'spotless', indicating a very high standard of cleanliness.
The location is described as excellent, with beautiful countryside views and a peaceful setting, though a car is recommended to get around.
Comfort is highly rated with mentions of comfortable beds and a relaxing hot tub, although there is a suggestion to bring a fan in summer due to warmth.
Facilities are generally well-received, especially the hot tub and kitchen equipment. However, points are deducted for the strong fire door springs and the bright escape light in the bedroom.
While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so a score cannot be provided.

Need oven gloves, lack of was only noticed when trying to get something hot out of oven. Teapot would be much nicer to us tea drinkers than having to dunk tea bag in a cup. Biggest issue, which I can see from the marks on ceiling is the escape light in the bedroom above patio doors, it is so bright I had to buy eye mask to be able to sleep, and judging from the tape marks on the ceiling so have other users who have tried to tape cardboard over it.

Property had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to stay in and cook. Pinot would benefit from something to put a hand towel on by the sink.
