Situated on the south coast of the island, St Catherine’s Lookout is located on the first floor of this handsome Victorian house, overlooking the sea in the beautiful village of Niton, just five miles from the stunning seaside resort of Ventnor. The property is just a short stroll to the local dining pub, The Buddle Inn and St Catherine's Lighthouse itself.

Enter into the communal entrance hall and head up two flights of stairs where you will be welcomed into this spacious first floor apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite shower room. The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout with a contemporary and stylish flair, with high ceilings, large windows and breath-taking sea views from both the sitting room and bedroom one. The sitting room enjoys large, dual aspect bay windows where the dining table is ideally placed for taking in those beautiful views out to sea and to St Catherine's Lighthouse, and provide front row seats for some magnificent sun sets. With views overlooking the downs, the modern and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up some special meals using local fresh island produce available from the village shop, a five minute drive away.

Niton is close to the famous Military Road, from where you can see the white chalk cliffs of Freshwater Bay, and is within easy reach of Blackgang Chine, a wonderful day out along with being the oldest amusement park in the United Kingdom. There is plenty to see and do in this beautiful area. St Catherine's Lookout is perfect for families or friends looking to explore the island or just have a relaxing break; and the sea views will leave you wanting to return again and again.
