... The owners have thought of everything that you may need within the cottage and it was so clean when we arrived. The cottage was cosy and well furnished. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds...well we just wanted to take them home. It was the best sleep in ages!! Its location to the ferry port was perfect, about 20 mins away if that. Central to Newport and Ryde nothing was too far away. The garden was totally dog friendly and with a beagle that likes to roam it was perfect! Not even he could get out it was such a delight to open the door and let him investigate the garden without him being on a lead! The table tennis and Pool table is a nice touch. The booking process with Blue Chip Holidays was brilliant also, the staff were really helpful and informative. This was by far the best weeks holiday we have had, so much so we have already booked for 2 weeks next September!! Thank you all for making our week such a good one. ...ran around safely as garden was very secure. All the facilities were excellent and we did not need to bulk out luggage with loads of towels as they were provided. Not far from Ryde, Sandown, Shanklyn and Newport so was great. Loads of hot water and the beds were extremely comfortable too. My only one criticism would be the dirt track on the way to the property has a lot of pot holes so make sure you have decent tyres. The spiders did not bother us as they were there long before us and never bothered us really even though we knew they were there. My THREE year old granddaughter did not want to leave she loved it there so much. I would recommend this property to a bigger group as there is plenty of space for all. Booking was very easy indeed. Thanks Blue Chip. Teresa from Herne Bay, Kent P.S. The views around the area are amazing tooooooo Submitted by Teresa on 28/08/2014
