    36A High Street is a one bedroom flat, ideal for couples in the heart of the popular sailing town of Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

    As the name suggests, this perfectly located couple’s bolthole is in the heart of the popular coastal town of Cowes, famous for its maritime history and year round sailing events

    .

    The town has a rich cafe culture, with various cafes and pubs spread along the waterfront high street. There are is also a great selection of good restaurants, such as Coast and the North House within a few minutes stroll. The high street is filled with independent shops, unlike most other high streets, and retains a great deal of charm, missing from most modern town centres.



    The accommodation is ideal for couples, with one large bedroom, bathroom, living area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small terrace with Bistro Table, ideal for morning coffee or a summer evening glass of Wine.



    The Flat is a stones throw from the waterfront and passenger ferry to Southampton (RedJet). For anyone attending a sailing event, the Cowes Yacht Haven and events centre is only 100 metres away.



    The accommodation is situated above a quiet shop and split over two floors, accessed by a spiral staircase. Please note that the stairs are quite steep and not suitable for those with low mobility or small children.



    The accommodation is perfect anyone looking for a short or long break by the sea, with good transport links to the rest of the Island. There is a Marks and Spencer food hall just around the corner and the plethora of shops and cafes on the high street should provide you with all you need during your stay.



    There is free parking available in nearby streets for a limited time, but for longer stays, it’s best to either use one of the nearby pay and display car parks or find a free space on one of the residential streets within walking distance.
