Alternatively take the coast path along the dramatic coastline towards Alum Bay. Oh and bring your camera. It s just a short drive to The Needles, one of the UK s most spectacular coastal sights. As for the cottage itself, it s worth getting excited about: a 300 year old Grade II listed cottage that blends traditional features with spectacular modern furnishings. A stable door leads you in to the property and the spacious lounge area. Make yourself at home with ample comfortable seating, a TV/DVD and a stable door that can be opened to the garden. The kitchen has all you need to rustle up something tasty: an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. After which you and your guests can eat together in the dining area with oak table and chairs. The ground floor also features a shower room with shower and WC as well as a spacious double bedroom. The fixed handrailed stairs lead up to two more bedrooms a charming double and a twin with views out to the garden. Also upstairs is a bathroom with bath, handheld shower and WC. Outside the property there s a beautiful, expansive garden with small rockeries and a lawn. Again the views across the neighbouring fields add to the quintessential English cottage feel.
