Ground Floor

Welcoming lounge with wooden floorboards, three-seater leather sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV. Decorative log burner adds character even though not in use.

Dining area with a wooden table and seating for six.

Galley-style kitchen with electric oven, five-ring gas hob, dishwasher, full-size fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Stained-glass doors lead from the kitchen to the courtyard garden.

First Floor

Master bedroom with a king-size bed, period fireplace, built-in wardrobes and vanity table.

Family bathroom with freestanding bath, rainfall shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2 with a double bed, bureau and storage space, overlooking the courtyard garden.

Bedroom 3 also features a comfortable double bed and has a vaulted ceiling with a skylight.

Outside

The enclosed courtyard garden with patio seating and dining table for six. A gravel pathway with planted borders creates a peaceful outdoor space for relaxing or dining. There is secure outdoor storage suitable for bikes or sports equipment.

Free street parking is available on the road behind the property, with pay-and-display parking nearby at St Thomas Car Park. Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential area.
