A door leads to a second landing and the bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC. Adjacent to here is a super king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request), with a pretty feature fireplace, Smart TV and use of the bathroom, this charming room is sure to ensure a good night s sleep. Heading outside from the utility room you will find a generous fully enclosed garden with hot tub, furniture and a children's swing set. A large lawn and outdoor shower makes this the ideal space for your four legged friends. A step down from the lawn leads you onto a paved terrace directly behind the cottage. There is off road parking for four cars to the front of the cottage and a garage and bike storage.
