Snaptrip says

Forever Summer is a well-located cottage in Lymington, praised for its clean, comfortable interiors and proximity to local amenities. Guests appreciate the tastefully furnished rooms, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The property is within walking distance to the town centre and is a convenient base for exploring the New Forest. While some maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests willing to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with several reviews noting it as exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as dust on skirting boards and an unclean conservatory, slightly lowering the score.

The location is highly praised for being within easy walking distance to Lymington town centre, local pubs, and amenities. Its proximity to the New Forest and coastlines makes it an ideal spot for visitors, contributing to a high score.

Guests find the beds extremely comfortable and the living spaces cosy and suitable for relaxation. Some concerns about steep staircases and the suitability for dogs slightly affect the score, but overall comfort is rated highly.

The property is commended for its well-equipped kitchen and spacious parking. However, there are several remarks about maintenance issues such as problematic showers, heating, and a lack of certain amenities like an espresso machine and washing airer, leading to a good but not excellent score.

While the reviews mention information packs and the provision of some amenities, there is no specific reference to gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Although stated in the brochure, the garden is not dog safe. There was no welcome pack or kitchen roll. There were no pegs to hang out the washing, yet a roller line was provided. In the general folder, unusually there was nothing regarding what days the dustbins were emptied or how to recycled cartons etc should be sorted. Yet we did find bags for recycling AFTER the dustbin men had been round.

The property is exactly like the pictures - clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The garden was lovely for relaxing in. The house is a short walk from the centre of Lymington with its wide range of shops and restaurants. We ate out every night and especially recommend The Monkey Brewhouse, Eat Pizza, The Sail Inn and Ship Inn. The house is also within a short drive of many lovely places, with the Isle of Wight ferry close by. We definitely recommend Forever Summer and would love to stay there again.

The beds were comfy, showers lovely, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very understanding when we got a flat tyre and allowed us a later checkout so we could get that fixed. Thank you!
