This cosy cottage is ideally located to explore all the New Forest National Park has to offer and beyond; with Lymington a short drive away, a day out on the Isle of Wight is a must. Take a stroll into the nearest village of Burley with all its wonderful local shop, pubs and grocery store. Walking in the New Forest is a popular activity and you are well situated to explore many a wonderful trail within easy reach of this cottage. Step into the welcoming entrance where you are led into the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The open plan lounge/diner can be found beyond which is an ideal area to socialise complete with wood burner, TV/DVD and Sonos speakers to gather round after a day out exploring all the delights of the New Forest. Alternatively, step into the conservatory and relax whilst taking in the surrounding grounds. Downstairs you will also find a WC.You ll find the first of two king size bedrooms on the ground floor beyond the dining room. Up on the first floor is where you will find the second king size bedroom along with the twin bedroom. The bathroom benefiting from a bath, shower and WC can also be found on the first floor. The large enclosed garden is an ideal space to sit out and take in the evening sun sat around the table on the patio; his is a fantastic space for the whole family, including your four legged friends. There is allocated parking for two cars, one at the front of the house and the second at the rear.
