Just a 10-minute drive from the market town Petersfield and 30 minutes from the Goodwood Estate, known for its racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the famous Festival of Speed and Revival. Within easy reach are beaches at Hayling Island, Southsea and West Wittering’s and just a 10-minute drive from the nautical city of Portsmouth with Spinnaker Tower, designer outlet shopping and waterside dining at Gunwharf Quays. Very comfortable and spacious cottage down a charming little lane away from traffic. All amenities were on hand and the owners lived next door for help and advice.
