Visit the neighbouring village of Hamble-le-Rice, which is a short drive or a 30 minute walk along the beach and the Strawberry Trail, where you can wander along the shores of Hamble Common Beach, or head up along River Hamble to watch the sailing boats come and go. Note: This property could be ideal for those with limited mobility as it is all-ground-floor, however please note there are an initial two steps up to the front door, and two steps down into the garden, therefore not suitable for wheelchair access.

Note: There isn't ariel terrestrial TV at the property.
