A splendid house for family and friends to share, offering the perfect holiday home for exploring Rye and the surrounding area.  The property is stylish and very comfortably furnished offering a real home from home and welcomes a dog.  There is a ground floor double bedroom with a jack n' jill shower room with 2 more large bedrooms upstairs; one with an en-suite shower room plus a family bathroom.  The ground floor is spacious with a separate sitting room, dining room and kitchen.  There is a well stocked larder will lots of essentials to get you started and a generous welcome pack.  All bedrooms have a TV with Sky and there are dressing gowns and toiletries.  Rye centre is a 10 minute walk with its charming antique shops, cafes and restaurants.  Camber Sands are close by as is Winchelsea and Rye Harbour with its new Discovery Centre.
