Nestled deep in the Sussex countryside, this secret hideaway house provides the perfect escape from the world. We love the generous proportions and amazing use of light, while the beautiful gardens and views almost seem to be superimposed on the huge windows.

Wagtail offers spacious versatile accommodation for a large family gathering or a group of friends wanting to spend quality time together. The house has been decorated with a traditional feel but there is a strong sense of fun with the use of bright colours and quirky art-work. You will definitely have something to talk about! The main dining room forms an L shape with the kitchen and whilst you enjoy a celebratory meal together you can enjoy the views across the garden towards the pool. Tennis fans will appreciate the court in the grounds and children will love the games room with table tennis and computer games.
