Situated close to the attractions of Lewes, Cherrystone Barn is a beautiful and quirky one bedroom property which sits in the grounds on Cherry Cottage. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the property offers a peaceful and secluded base for luxury romantic breaks and holidays. 

Inside

The cottage has a beautiful open plan living area with exposed beams, wooden pillars, a wood burner stove, large corner sofa, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an easy chair with foot stool. There is also a contemporary dining area seating six and a feature spiral staircase. Modern kitchen facilities include an electric oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, separate larder fridge and a microwave. Shared laundry facilities are also available onsite.

There are two TVs at the property with Freeview service and a full Sky package is available with use of the guests own subscription card.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There is one comfortable double bedroom with a partitioned bathroom adjacent. This has a roll top bath, WC and hand basin and there is a further modern shower room with cubicle. An external passageway leads from the sitting room to the double bedroom.

Outside

The cottage has a large enclosed garden, outdoor seating area and onsite parking facilities. 

Other Things to Note

A public footpath runs through the garden. 

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided.

Guests enjoy access to a shared tennis court.

Please note that the first floor of the property is not available for guests use.

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more may be available. Up to two dogs are welcome at a small extra charge.
