The sitting room is bright and airy with plenty of room to either watch the kids play or curl up with a book in front of the log burner. The open plan kitchen/dining room opens onto the enclosed patio garden at the rear, so open the doors wide and enjoy a cup of tea while embracing the relaxed al fresco living this cottage offers.

Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms and a modern family bathroom, with the master offering a king size bed and en-suite shower room.The local shop is moments from the cottage as is the traditional village pub. Further afield, Lewes, Uckfield and Haywards Heath are all within easy reach, and a little further away you can enjoy days out in Brighton and Tunbridge Wells, or go exploring in the stunning High Weald aonb.
