Perfectly situated in the pretty village of Pett, in the heart of the 1066 countryside with spectacular views across the Sussex countryside and out to sea makes this a great escape for couples. An ideal location for keen walkers who can take advantage of numerous footpaths that lead straight from the front door through woodlands and along the Coast, and with two village pubs, a tearoom, and a local butcher, all within walking distance from the property you can easily leave the car at home. Just a short drive away is the beach at nearby Pett Level, an ideal spot for bird watching or to see the unique petrified forest. Hastings Old Town is also nearby, full of restaurants, independent shops, coffee shops and traditional seaside entertainment. This unique accommodation gives you exclusive use of The Woodland Wagon which has been lovingly hand built by the owner and a large former Gumbo tent that was featured in the film King Arthur and now offers a private space for relaxation, contemplation, yoga or tai chi. Entering the Woodland Wagon into the open plan studio area you are greeted with spectacular woodland views, two comfy chairs, a dining table, and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has all you need to cook a light meal or whip up a snack with a combi microwave oven and electric hob and fridge with ice compartment. After a busy day exploring the local area retreat to the king size bed for a comfortable night s sleep. Completing the inside of the wagon is a vanity basin and just a few steps away outside there is a shower room with shower and separate WC. Heading outside the heart of the woodland is a bird watches paradise and you will find woodland walks in abundance. Just a few metres away is the spectacular Gumbo tent with its own wood stove and twinkly lights, outdoor seating area and a fire pit for barbecuing. Its ideal for relaxing and listening to the sounds of the woodland. Whilst staying at the Woodland Wagon why not wander along the driveway and enjoy a tipple or a cup of tea at the beautiful 1940's showman's wagon with spectacular countryside and sea views from the decked seating area. There is private parking for one car. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size. 1 shower room with shower and a separate WC. Electric hob, combi microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. Exclusive use of the large Gumbo tent, and 1940's Showman's Wagon. Wood burners (first basket of logs included supplied from our own woodland coppice). Private parking for 1 car. Regret no infants or children. Shop and pub within walking distance. Spa treatments by arrangement prior to arrival to ensure availability.
