Bay House in Hastings receives glowing praise for its stunning views, spacious and beautifully maintained interiors, and excellent location within walking distance of the old town and local attractions. Guests consistently highlight the comfort, well-equipped kitchen, and the convenience of private parking. The property is described as spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished, with many appreciating the quiet road and outdoor spaces. While the hilltop location means a steep walk back from town, most found this a minor trade-off for the panoramic vistas and peaceful setting. Overall, Bay House is highly recommended for a memorable stay in Hastings.

Multiple reviews describe the house as clean, spotless, and well maintained, with no negative comments regarding cleanliness.

The location is widely praised for its proximity to Hastings' attractions, beautiful views, and quiet setting. The only minor drawback mentioned is the steep walk back up the hill, but this is generally seen as worthwhile for the views.

Guests consistently mention the comfort of the house, including spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and relaxing living areas. The property is described as feeling like a home from home.

The house is repeatedly described as extremely well equipped, with modern bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, games, books, fans for hot weather, and even a wine fridge. Maintenance and refurbishment are noted as being of a high standard.

Several guests mention thoughtful touches such as wine and glasses left out, fans provided during hot weather, and helpful communication from the owners. Please note that such gifts or extras are not guaranteed for every stay.

Bay House is a lovely house & has great views out over Hastings. Has everything you'd need for your break away. Great to have own parking space opposite too.Nice to catch the sun in the morning up on the rear garden terrace or later in the day sit on bench out front with the amazing views & sunsets. The road is very quiet & if walking to Old Town or the new its barely 10 minutes walk down. The walks back up the hill though do make you work 😀 We really enjoyed our stay here & met lots of friendly locals in the pubs & restaurants & had some great meals.Make sure you have some of the lovely fresh fish too

Superbly kitted out beautifully placed holiday home. Walking distance to the old town, many steps, but worth it and a quiet road with a lovely view. Would highly recommend.
